The rambling little roads that make up the sought-after "Chapel Hill" neighborhood are perfect for walking, jogging, and bike riding.

Just a short stroll away, you'll glimpse the canals of Lake Eden, which eventually flow into Lake Ida. Areas behind the house offer easy access to water for non-motorized boating, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards.

Within a stone's throw is Swinton Avenue, which runs directly into Delray's famous Atlantic Avenue!
For nature lovers, walking to the top of the road, you might be greeted by a tortoise or burrowing owl as you walk the trails of the Seacrest Scrub Natural Area.
