"THE SMALL PRINT" 

(House Rules)

No Large Gatherings:   Your booking request (number of guests) sets the maximum number of guests allowed at the house. Additional guests staying over, or a large accumulation of daily visitors, may cause the renter to be subject to immediate eviction.

 

Cars:   No more than 2 cars are allowed at the property at any time without the owner's consent.

 

Children:   All children must be 12 years or older, please!

 

Pets:   The homeowners must approve pets. Pets must be at least 

1-year-old, properly trained, non-aggressive, and less than 40 pounds. A pet fee will be applied. Please inquire.

Avoid overpaying!   Airbnb, VRBO, and other booking websites charge insanely large fees to the renters. Rent directly with us! As stated on our Host Page, we do this for a living! We will email you a very simple, straightforward rental agreement.

 

Lodging tax: Aside from a one-time cleaning fee, or a possible one-time pet fee, we do not charge any other fees. However, lodging tax must be added to your rental rate.
